Not all of Russell Glen's impact is measured in mixed-use acres or anchor tenants. Some of it is measured in storefronts — dozens upon dozens of them, strategically placed across the central United States. Russell Glen managed the full development strategy for three major restaurant concepts simultaneously, bringing deep real estate expertise to some of the nation's most recognized dining brands. For Panera, LLC, that meant executing the development of 92 company and franchise cafes — spanning both Panera Bread and Paradise Café — identifying the right markets, the right sites, and the right conditions for each location to succeed.

The same disciplined approach carried through to PIADA Italian Street Food, where Russell Glen guided four restaurant locations to completion, and to Panda Express, where 63 new restaurants were opened across the Texas and Oklahoma region under Russell Glen's development leadership. Taken together, this body of work represents something beyond conventional real estate — it is proof that Russell Glen's ability to identify opportunity, execute strategy, and deliver results translates seamlessly across property types, markets, and some of the most competitive segments in the American dining landscape.
