She brings extensive experience across brand strategy, marketing, event production, and creative direction, with a proven track record of building cohesive brand identities and executing high-impact campaigns for multi-million dollar companies and high-profile clients across multiple industries. Her work and the work of her clients have been featured in Forbes, TED, Essence, ESPN, CBS, The CW, NBC, Business Insider, ABC, and more. She has received numerous awards for her contributions to brand strategy, marketing, and community leadership.
My Story
Before joining Russell Glen, Devin served in C-suite leadership roles across multiple corporate entities and nonprofit organizations, where she drove brand growth, operational excellence, and strategic expansion at each level. Born and raised in the Midwest, Devin comes from a family with an international legacy in development — a foundation that instilled in her an early understanding of building with vision, purpose, and long-term impact. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State University, where she founded her first business generating six-figure revenue as an undergraduate.
Devin is a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Inaugural Oprah Host Committee Chair, and board member for multiple non-profit organizations focusing on community development.
A woman of faith, Devin is a wife and mother of two daughters, committed to purpose-driven leadership and lasting community impact.
